Client Experience Associate

Abbigail joined Highland Investment Advisors in 2025 as a Client Experience Associate, supporting the Brookfield office through client service, administrative coordination, and operational support. She helps create a welcoming and organized environment while assisting advisors with scheduling, meeting preparation, and client communications.

Prior to joining Highland, Abbigail worked in senior living communities in Life Enrichment, where she developed strong organizational, interpersonal, and adaptability skills while supporting individuals with varying needs.

Abbigail earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, with a minor in Business Administration and an emphasis in Gerontology. This educational background provides a strong foundation in both analytical thinking and emotional intelligence, enabling her to support operational efficiency and positive client relationships.



Abbigail enjoys collaborating with the Highland team and continues to develop her technical and financial planning skills in support of clients and advisors. In her free time, Abbigail enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, cooking, and staying active.
